I wrote letters of compliant, asked that this particular driver not be resent to me again. He was so abusive I wrote an angry letter to the company to stop sending him and that he is a psychopath. The company en toto has removed the only option I can use, whch is cash-on-delivery. Since my system is hacked I do not use my debit card online if possible. Regardless, they then lied about how this is operating with emails saying the case had been resolved. It was not resolved even the email was a trick.
