Day number 6 of another facimile of The Master Cleanse 10-day "fast"---thanks to red bull and coconut sugar bars and kratom and soup forget about the rest---I did 10 days earlier, one day of eating, now back on day 6 so that makes circa 16 days this month of fasting. Many emotions are pouring out of the poison this toxic group forced into my body--thusy many enraged posts eliminating the ugly sickness that sick poisoning people you all worship and celebrate laughed about pouring into my body to "control" me but to extract ideas as they obviously are all about a vacuum of concern about humanity but need to have humanitarian ideas in order to continue to sell the American Nazi Dream plus fighting against tyranny--the American Way so they say....

I will expose the lies and corruption of what Social Security refuses to do BY LAW which is to send me information on benefits reinstatement and the answer as to how benefits can be reinstated. Technically, the Law states: I Legal Statutes and Requirements for Written Notice Under federal law, the SSA is strictly required to provide written notice whenever they make a "determination" that affects your benefits. This is rooted in the Due Process clause of the U.S. Constitution and codified in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). General Requirement for Written Notice ( 20 20 CFR 404.904 404.904 and 416.1404 416.1404): The law states that the SSA must mail a written notice of the "initial determination" to you at your last known address. This notice must state: The specific reasons for the determination. The effective date of the change. Your right to a reconsideration or appeal. Notice of Planned Action ( 20 20 CFR 416.1336 416.1336): For SSI (Supplemental Security Income), the SSA is required to send a "Notice of Planned Action" before they stop, suspend, or reduce your payments. This notice must explain the "why" in enough detail that you can choose to contest it. The "Goldberg v. Kelly" Standard: This landmark Supreme Court case established that because government benefits are a form of property, the government cannot take them away without "Due Process." This means they must provide a clear, written explanation and an opportunity for a hearing before the benefits are terminated.//A more polished AI version of my last post.
