Since 1997, I have received, without a hitch, monthly SSI Disability benefits from the Social Security Administration. I am chronically disabled, my status has been determined by the Social Security Administration. Due to targeting and hacking of my internet, plus physical disability, I am unable to work online or in any other capacity, and bedridden much of the time. I care for myself, am not married and cannot rely on my family. I am a targeted individual as well and that is impossible for me to prove since the "system" of targeting has been created so the person is incapable of defense or obtaining evidence. However, the targeting began long ago and my "accidents' were also not so accidental. That is another situation. However, as of this reading, I see that this post has been redacted by hackers, and this is a non-stop situation of me being hacked my posts on my blog vignettesofmindcontrol.com are routinely rewritten, punctuation omitted and for this page on GoFundMe, the hackers had accessed my account and then OMITTED iin a section below that my BENEFITS WERE CUT OFF FOR HAVING SAVED GRADUATE STUDENT LOANS AND COVID RELIEF STIMULUS MONEY in my bank account. Please note I should have a graduate degree in Criminal Justice, I spent years studying online only to have been poisoned by the stalker teams leaving me bedridden without health care (horrible Medicaid treatment and lack of service even under coverage). I have thus been fighting being poisoned and attacked by systems that there is no evidence to provide. The paperwork I can provide in this GoFundMe appeal is likewise limited and I want to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation by that agency, at this point my account is not listed any longer on their site except that I do not receive benefits. They have never sent me the REQUIRED schedule for repayment and reinstatement. I have been lied to, sent wrong letters of reinstatement for April Fool's Day, 2025 and then nothing happened. The agency REFUSES to send me a letter for how reinstatement will proceed, which they are mandated to do by law.
Targeted people are not provided any coverage by media, the situation is ignored without end and the target blamed and accused of being insane or delusional which can lead to worse ramifications for the target. To continue on the background leading to the current situation of targeting: After having graduated college in 1988 I began work as a temp secretary in a new city for me, San Francisco. The situation is extremely ironic but a clear case of the "cracks in the system". I was running to work, but because of a seeming "freak" accident ( I attribute it to gang stalking attack) I had no health care coverage due to the nature of temp work and the drastic inaccessibility for health benefits if working without a long-term contract. Due to the "accident" I was left with a fractured spine and NO health care. I was declined literally all help from the San Francisco General Hospital. I eventually had to leave the United States to get health care, and upon returning I had to apply for SSI Disability, the lowest-ranking benefit for anyone disabled as a result for not having paid taxes into the Social Security Fund (FICA). I thusly was deemed chronically and permanent disabled by the Social Security Administration; after also 3 back surgeries (previously due to scoliosis then after the accident I had to leave the United States to obtain surgery to help the accident injuries, resulting in permanent). Since receiving SSI benefits on a monthly basis, the Social Security Administration workers by phone were helpful and professional. The Field Office workers were sometimes very rude but within boundaries. However, as of January, 2025 when the DOGE Committee brought a chainsaw to Social Security operations, my story below entails absolute wrong behavior which I am unable to rectify by myself. I have also used a pseudonym for fear of retaliation by that agency. They are so corrupt that it's like dealing with a gang. It also is not easy for me to submit documents in this GoFundMe, and I realize there are many "sob" stories on this forum. I can provide some details but also want to remain anonymous. I have been living off my savings in my account since 2025, having saved and saved from my monthly benefits each month for any eventual emergency. Instead they are stealing my money which is mine according to law. All attempt to get any letter stating the reinstatement terms from Social Security Admin have been left with ZERO response by mail, and yelling and outright lies by workers by phone. They are screaming at me to go into a Field Office to talk in person on how to reinstate my benefits. So far verbal communication has been abusive and I am being lied to, directly by agents on the phone and in person I fear it could be worse. I have asked for 15 months for letters on how reinstatement must be addressed t he agency refuses me this. Here is my appeal to the GoFundMe platform. Please note that some of this appeal was written with great aid and assistance from AI.
Section 1: Early 2025 DOGE chaos: They "upgraded" the SSA online account system by changing to Login.Gov, which is a surveillance type system where your IP address is registered and you must provide codes to log in. From the outset, I was Misdirected, locked out of the “Upgraded” login.gov account due to “bugs in the new system” and then misdirected by both the Login.gov main line and then the Social Security main line, to phone my local field office (Miami) to obtain help for logging back in to account online (SSA.gov). Upon phoning, received hostile and menacing demand to make a phone “review” for my case with my local Field Office (Little River, Miami).
The phone appointment was in late January, 2025. I had saved COVID STIMULUS RELIEF MONEY, not penalized for SSI recipients and also STUDENT LOANS also exempt from the maximum threshold for SSI recipients. After making and completing the phone appointment for end of January, 2025, I was suspended from my SSI Disability benefits after an abusive, yelling-packed interrogation by the Miami Little River Field office worker who yelled I was supposed to have "spent" the Covid money and remained silent when I also explained that the other amount in my account had been from Student Loans, which are exempt and both should be exempt and not subjected to suspension of benefits.

Furthermore, per SSA POMS SI 00830.622, COVID-19 relief payments (officially known as Economic Impact Payments) are permanently excluded and do not count toward the USD 2,000 resource limit.
During the phone review with the Miami Field Office, the agent yelled at me, claiming that my student loans and COVID-19 stimulus funds were not allowed and that I was over the USD 2,000 threshold. When I informed him that these funds were legally exempt, he yelled again. He told me that if I wanted my benefits reinstated, I must pay all money over the USD 2,000 max limit, by cashier's check made out to the Social Security Administration, and deliver it in person to the field office.
I informed him that I required a letter with written verification of this demand.

I have never received this letter, nor any written verification specifying the conditions for repayment.

Section 2: Sent a false “reinstatement” letter for benefits beginning on April Fool’s Day, 2025 by the Miami Field Office after a phone call I made to obtain written information on reinstatement of benefits rather than paying all my money in account via cashier’s check, in person to their field office. The agent, by phone very nastily told me that I should make “another appointment because it had was done wrong”. I told her that the review had been concluded and that I am simply asking for a letter to consolidate the actions that will reinstate my benefits. The false “reinstatement” for April 1, 2025 letter arrived shortly thereafter. Benefits remain “suspended” in the online Social Security online account and no benefits have ever been reinstated.
After having waited many months for another reply in July, 2025 I moved to a new location (with help of friends) to the Mountain View location in California. I was sent a letter giving me a 4-day window in which to send a “landlord tenant” form to fill out to the local Mountain View office. I was only given a half-undefined sentenced, “please submit form by July 31, 2025 or...”. If I had used “normal” mail service (USPS) the letter would never have arrived on time. I phoned their local number, asked how I could do this and at that point was nervous and a bit hostile towards the information and the agents, and after having been hung up on for just stating that I had certain rights in how to fill out the form, not shouting but not as supplicating as I had been with the agents in Miami, I was just simply hung up on for having been to direct and I had to phone. The calls were not answered I phoned many times to get only voice mail from that field office until finally a woman picked up who was a bit more helpful. She told me I could fax the forms. I did so, and the forms were never responded to. In the form I requested information on how benefits could be reinstated. All of that transpired between end of July to mid-August. I then sent another fax to the Mountain View SSA Field office requesting written confirmation of my landlord tenant fax and to send the confirmation by writing. They sent no mail, ever again. I phoned in Mid-August and after asking the man to please check, he verbally stated that they had received two faxes and then hung up on me after I told him I was waiting for written explanation on how benefits could be reinstated. He laughed and said, “Yeah!” and then hung up the call on me in mid-sentence, trying to be as positive and chirpy as possible.
Section 3: Chicago Greater Lakes Repayment Program. That agency only deducted the numerical amount of some of the Covid relief money but not all from the overall repay schedule. No information on terms of repayment only that I send money on a monthly basis. No adjoining letter from Social Security on this process.
I began to repay the money demanded me just to show “good faith” in making repayment process but in the hope that I could request that benefits get reinstated so I could have the amount deducted from my monthly benefits. After two months of repayment, I phoned the Chicago Greater Lakes Department for Repayment, asking for economic relief since I could not repay the “overpayment” without having money coming in, in order to balance costs without any clue as to how or if benefits would be reinstated. I was told to file an “Economic Hardship Waiver” with the Mountain View SSA Field office, which I did . Not a single letter from the phone calls to faxes requesting information have ever been responded to. In February, 2026 I moved out of the Mountain View, CA area after 7 months of zero response except to fill out a living situation form.
February-March 2026. Moved to Philadelphia region and phoned, as SSI recipients are only allowed to change address by phone and not online. Agent wrote my address wrongly in the online Login.gov page, even though I had asked her to repeat the address correctly by phone. I thusly phoned end of March, one month later after having moved. to request the main line to input correct address. That began yelling and interrogation like it was a court procedure for interrogation. “Are you an SSI beneficiary?”. At first I said, “Yes”, but then after 10 seconds of thought I corrected it to, “I was a benefits recipient but I have been cut off so I am SSI Disability now”. The agent yelled literally at me, “You said you were an SSI Beneficiary and that is incorrect!”. I corrected her, saying “I SAID I was an SSI Disabled and corrected that”. To which she then refused to change the wrongly input address and said “Since your benefits have been cut off, I see the need to change your address online”. She then began asking other questions unrelated to a simple address change, as if questioning my identity (it has never happened in any Social Security online phone call for the many decades I have phoned that agency to change address or ask questions, always with polite, professional people responding never yelling screaming and just outright lying). She also told me to change my address online, which she should have known I could not do as an SSI recipient.
She began yelling at me after I told her, “I just need my address changed so I can try to get my benefits reinstated and have mail sent” that “I cannot verify your identity I recommend you go in person to your field office and discuss details of your reinstatement at an office”.
Since I have been lied to repeatedly and believe now, after having done research they are mandated to present written plan for reinstatement and not demand in-person visits so verbal demands can replace lawful reinstatement procedures.

Section 4: Frantic but professional faxes and letters to the Philadelphia Office of Disability Adjudication and Review and also to their OHO Office, both higher levels for adjudicating cases. I explained my situation. Since that time, from March to the current (May, 2026) I have received zero emails in my Login.gov account and zero letters stating even my address change or that I am considered at all in their system. At this point, I deeply fear phoning their main number or any field office again.

I am , like many, hoping the Midterms might alter this situation but for now, appealing to any other higher sources than SSA has not resulted in any response and procedures that should have been automatically respected are no longer the “game”.
