In trying to put this little asterisk comment underneath the title, because I wrote it in the first line after fighting the non-stop hacking (today I spent OVER 2 HOURS fighting to get the WiFi on my laptop, after 2 hours of waiting for a system restore function to finish--they turned off the WiFi without fail every 4 minutes for over 2 hours. They would and continue to block functions. I tried to highlight the sentences above and the highlight would not work. The hackers literally changed the sentences around in different wording and the highlighting would not work. I must try to highlight anything I want that is more than a few words at least 6 times, no matter how many times I clear the cache and fight to stop the hacking and malware.

This is why I wrote my ideas on Facebook, and even with protecting what little I have with much effort and YEARS of fighting to figure out how to do it, you see I can't get anything done.

In the middle of writing the above intro to this post, the hackers blocked my keyboard (the remote and the actual laptop keyboard is hacked so horribly I can't use the space bar or keys and must fight to get words out. They made the keyboard blank out, and then they inserted a series of "rrrrrrrrrrr" and after 4 minutes of struggling to maneuver the keyboard around (but it always works after I do a 2-hour reset of the laptop, until I begin to use the internet and then malware is once more inserted, almost immediately especially on YouTube but it doesn't matter that much.

I then tried to delete the series of rrrrrrrrrrrrr that they had hacked in, and while I was doing so, they jumped the cursor to another part of the few sentences I had written, and I don't feel like going through it all again so the entire beginning is jumbled

I had predicted that when the phone was hacked, I could not "receive" phone calls and while I did receive "messages" mostly in Thai (and because no functions work on this new phone, I can't get it to connect to the internet, I can't use any phone on brand new mobile phones I buy, the hacking and remote make it impossible the cameras are so blurry I can't focus, everything is hacked literally so I can only perform the most basic early 1980's style functions on my laptop (forget about using any of the more sophisticated technologies, everything is hacked and blocked I can't use any "smart" phones thusly exempting me from the modern world.

It arrived today after the elevator aggression near violence episode while my brain was "blasted" "zapped" and I was in a state of zombiesque happy blank malleability saying "sorry" after this f&&ck creep was ramming his body builder body straight at me like a weapon ready for a fight.

The MP3 player is "dead" upon arrival. The power cord works as I have tested it and my other working cords and players.

The module MP3 player is completely blank. Either it is missing all the memory, which is probable as removing the memory chip is very easy. 

I tried to purchase another memory chip after one of these little MP3 players had been attacked when the mechanical arms entered my room and literally removed the memory chip.

The chip I bought, because the terrorist network using "thought reading " technologies (plus I was doing research on memory chips as well on the internet) was prepared to sell me a chip which literally had some program virus installed so the player began to heat up and the chip began to melt.

I could barely pry the chip out and tried to return the chip. The shop I had bought the chip from, a cheap little "Thai" store, was ready with a manager who is not really a manager from that store. I have gone to that shop for many years, periodically and I know who the managers and workers are. Very nasty, told me that the chip was "used" I said that I had to install it in the MP3 player but it didn't work so it was not 'used" she refused to refund me the high price I had paid for "quality" and the MP3 player was, by that time, scratched not in new condition and had passed the return date. I lost a bit of change on that.

Now, as I knew would happen, they blocked delivery for one night, opened the package professionally, which they can also do to open food packages and poison and drug food as well. The situation is very dangerous although people only associate it as being "your problem" (meaning me).

So, I have just delivered another example of extreme techno-terror vandalism and how these mutli-pronged operations to discredit disarm to destroy the target are used. It's one domino falling after the next. A series of hacks and attacks and all businesses appear to fully cooperate and coordinate.

There is one pharmacy I use which is a kind of "warehouse" cheap franchise for prescriptions and health aids and supplies, herbal supplements--and the regular staff is ALWAYS sitting eating at the one "workplace" rest area in the back of the very packed, crammed and not well-kept store (but it's still wonderful nevertheless).

There are terror agents who always appear in the chain stores of this franchise no matter which location I go to, the same woman is always at the pharmacy counter and can be very nasty. 

Thusly, they can exchange trained "fakes" to appear as customer service, thus rendering the smooth operation of hacks, blocks, destruction of property, lies and deception about return policies, very nastily asking "why" and refusing if they can.

So, I have to return this thing. I should check and see if the memory card has been taken out. The phone blocked all calls and I got on SMS message out so I had no idea all calls were being blocked as all appeared to function. So that means that this delivery person took my MP3 player to her house, or just gave it to the terrorists who carefully with spyware techniques, opened the package, returned it--sometimes they have the seals broken, sometimes not--and then hacked into the device, as they do with my every apparatus. My phone whether pre-hacked or not, they easily can phone in with a virus even though it is not with "smart" capabilities. But a cheap Chinese very simple MP3 player they probably need to get into the inside of the little tiny device and that is what they did.

United Mailbox and Office Solutions, Hollywood has lied to me on the phone regarding their services rendered for a physical box. I told them I only needed less than TEN LETTERS scanned per year, for only one agency which sends out one letter per year and if there is a problem I must respond quickly. I was told by phone "Of course we can open and scan letters for a physical mailbox". I had explained to the man in charge that the virtual mailbox services will not accept debit cards, but only credit (I tried endlessly back in June and all search results lead me to only credit card-use virtual mailboxes). Meanwhile, last night almost at the top of all searches were services which do accept debit cards, but then they do not offer LA addresses. If I have to return to the U.S. that is the quickest and least expensive flight trips available and also, it's not like fascist "red" florida, or Texas where there is one viable option but I don't want to deal with the Texas legal system at all, the only thing I want out of Texas is barbecue (not poisoned) and maybe some cowboy boots or attire or silver native jewelry, which is probably much more beautiful coming out of Arizona (also a State  you don't want to deal with their administrations for various entities).

I can't use 90% of all of the latest gadgets and gear for computers, all is so blocked and hacked the simple functions like a phone camera are now absolutely hacked so none of them work. My old phones were literally physically broken by the mechanical arms when I left them "out" on my desk for a few minutes to go into another room--

I also can't use 2-factor authentication because my phone is hacked, and I experienced a block to receiving any SMS codes for the verification process. I thusly could not log-in, and PayPal now relies on this 2-factor step in order to access your PayPal account, so I can't use any system for this mail service which told me that they can't scan or even inform me of any mail except the basic name on the envelope (which they told me they could not after I paid a MUCH higher rate than most of the normal mailbox services. I was desperate at the time which is the norm for all the deadly assaults on my financial survival which people like the #45 imposed and he has this discrimination financial system operational at his beck-and-call. 

The system was operational before #45, but he has put it into more visible form, for me at least.

It will remain operational if #45 remains not in that top exec position over the country, as it operated before his ascent to power (it helped pave the way).

I was told, subliminally, that I was going to get up and it was nearly dawn and to take all the 8 layers of protection around my arms and hands so I could rush to the bathroom and the drugs rampant in  my system needing to come out--once passing out, the drugs going directly into my blood stream. This is a nightly event so I can be tortured and unable to remain silent and not respond to the stupid sickness of the expletives working to obtain a reaction of rage, which tey get every single day. Destroying me every day just from the vantage of psycholotical abuse forcing me to react with them screaming insults as the "truth serum" constricts my ability to "ignore' the heinous parasites I am constantly confronted with.

I lay down in sickness and the layers of protection-=-and it is that even with 7 layers it is not enough, they have been cutting out parts of my cuticles and nails for years but injecting numbing pain injections into the area sliced and diced--every day. The drugging this group of hate parasites you all worship and love and think are just wonderful--just the drugging content alone is murder.

I then was gouged so deeply with tiny knives on the ends of the mechanical arms that even the pain killing injections don't work. My fingers are half sliced on both sides for most of my fingers, the cuticles are completely severed out. There are always huge reddish nearly bloody swollen areas surrounding all my fingers at the cuticle and bed of the nail--for over 15 years it has been literally every single night. All my toes have been damaged and nails are destroyed as well and one broken toe, which is NOT a bunion, was broken in one single night and I had no money to even go to a doctor.

So that is the mind control drugging that was used by the hater last night. In addition, every morning the terrorist proxies on all sides of me sprinkle black pieces of gooey muck, but they appear like flakes, stinking, on the bathroom floor with a huge dose of greasy water. There is no open window in this little bathroom and the water remains because they have put some greasy substance on it. I have to clean that up, and once I do that, they pour it in again using the mechanical arms from behind this toilet area where they are injecting stinking substances that are foul (-extremely. The patio is littered every single morning without fail with debris literally caked on the white sliding door grill of the patio sliding doors--flecks of debris coat the patio with grease keeping the flecks slightly glued to the surface of the sprayed yellowish-brownish white tiles (the formerly cream-colored walls are all yellowish-brownish with brown dripmarks on various surfaces of the cabinets and walls and the bathroom is lined with permanently stained brown drip marks coating literally every inch of the tiles of the bathroom.

I could use the Sim card to check for the remaining amount on my card but no one could phone in and I could send SMS texts and then the phone stopped working. Understanding resetting computers a bit, I slightly removed the SIM card and returned it, only to get messages that people had left but no "Unanswered" phone calls--which means the delivery people did not phone me but pretended that they had--and would not deliver, leaving me to spend another day fighting to pack all the items I must carry downstairs because the terrorists do destroy anything that I use on my skin or ingest, but I have been purchasing so many healing ointments and powders and I must carry all shampoo and conditioner that---it takes hours to pack it all, literally and then unpack it as they keep me rushing to do this every day by making deliveries arrive in a deliberately stacked daily delivery instead of items delivered all at once, as i order them at the same time.

The attacks are so numerous and so continuous that I had to get up from this mind control blasting space and then "remember" some of the other endless attacks.

I am trying to open a virtual mailbox through iPostal1. The mail box I ordered with much harassment at the various places I needed to scan my passport and then the webcam on my laptop, which I had never used, barely works due to so much destruction of my laptop, I believe the processing chip has been replaced by something resembling the slowest and worst in the worst market--it is definitely not the Intel chip that should have come with the laptop. Either way, the webcam is so shaky and it's almost impossible to get any photos on any apparatus I buy to take photos of my passport and recieve and notarize any document.

The mail service informed me that they could scan and open letters if I purchased a box. But after having done so, they informed that it was not their policy.

I have since gone through what has become a routine run-around by the terrorists operating through every business portal possible for attack. Besides the last week of being told different answers, which has been the staple response from my bank in PA--but in LA---and the national virtual mail service, I am getting no responses for questions, wrong answers which are changed

and I have spent 3 days asking the same question and getting only a "how would you rate your answer from Andrea?" automatic email but with no help or response. Then writing in the very same email the same question, only to get a former chat session email question that had been answered, with the already-established answer repeated and nothing further. I had to repeat the question for the 3rd time in their form, which I had done 3 days ago only to get bogus responses.

I could get into their chat tonight. I just want to write during the day, and not go through later night evening time to go through wrong answers in a chat session, I want as little contact with any of the cyber terrorists as possible as they are proficient at being annoying, particularly when my brain is saturated with drugs and poisons which are constantly being injected and pounded and poured into my body food and anything else possible.

I have to layer everything in plastic and PVC lining so I can try to wipe the stink off. THey rush in with knives and rip and shred it all--it is literallly in shreds on the floor--repeatedly they do this for all the years I have lived here until the area is shredded and stinking and filthy constantly and permanently.

They keyboard is very hacked and difficult to type on, there are typos everywhere and of course they will be rewriting this and deleting and etc as usual.

A rectangular structure built behind my toilet so there is about 1-2 inches of space behind the toilet tank and bottom of the base. I have to always use bleach to get the stink from the permanent staining substances constantly sprayed on my clothing (especially what I sleep in). I have to hang clothing outside because I have no washing machine with a spin cycle so all clothing I essentially wash by hand and it's dripping and soaking. Once outside the terrorists on all sides use mechanical arms to rip clothing, tear out threads and spray more stinking filth on clothing and if any clothing is hanging near the edge of the patio railing they pour water from the room above so a waterfall pours on my clothing.

Terrorist property destruction. A brand new humidifier, which I bought to replace the last broken humidifier, was broken today while I was out of my room. They also put another virus or malware on my laptop so I can't use any speakers and one of the USB ports doesn't work at all. All operates, mostly, after doing a reset function (2-4 hours) any usage of the internet brings back, instantly, all the malware. Within about 5-10 minutes the laptop is hacked and blocked. I have turned the laptop and router off more than 20 times since 2 pm to try to restablish the wifi connection. Terrorist proxies didn't actually "break" the humidifier, they are blocking the signal because it operates just a bit on a remote control dual function but I just press the touch-control on the module and it turns on and off. I tried turning the humidifier on a different socket and for a fraction of a second the power surged and and then it went blank--they did this on the first day I tried the humidifier out. They blocked the signal for the humidifier when I used the remote control so it would not turn on. They stopped blocking the signal so they are effectively just blocking the signal once more but they are keeping it off--as if it is broken. I was working perfectly this morning when I unplugged it. I went downstairs to pick up an item in the lobby and I returned to my laptop hacked and nearly inoperable. I have some actual business I need to take care of and I can't get any functions to operate and every time I use the internet for more than 10 minutes it is turned off, remotely. I spent literally 2 days fighting the hacking malware virus trojan they installed--or pre-installed.

Terrorist report: poisoning of my water from bathroom sink with untreated water & severe hacking blocks to laptop. 6 hours, literally, of fighting to use my laptop. I can barely manage to type this out. So far, the sound device has been deleted and no updates will install or download. Everything is frozen solid but finally I was able to manage spending 15 minutes to clear some of the cache--over 2,000 files dumped since I spent 4 hours doing a reset and then a complete system repair and then waiting as the system froze and downloads would not operate and the sound remains blocked.

 Clicking on the "size" tab over 10 times to get it to appear as "large" just to write on a severely hacked keyboard so stiff it's almost like glued down--the keys.

Terrorist poisoning/contamination of my water supply. For the past few days, the water coming out of my bathroom tap tastes like stinking filth and is absolutely contaminated. Considering that they spew foul excretions from the portal cut into the tiles behind this makeshift structure behind the toilet on the side of the wall where the piping carries water, probably shared with that same bathroom where they inject filth into my bathroom from this inaccessible tile structure built behind the toilet, leaving me one inch space so I can never clean that area except to shoot water from an angle of 90' degrees to try to spray and clean--the water is poisoned, absolutely. The terrorist filth has been poisoning my body non-stop with intention to kill me in a "soft kill" manner. This is one attempt yet again. I just wrote emails using Thai translate to my landlord and to the management which claims they no understan english. The translate could be hacked so all the words come out wrong--which will probably happen. I have to send a message to the landlord to convey the information correctly. If they do anything it would be incredible. OTherwise, they are poisoning me in this way. Brushing my teeth, I may not be able to use the bathroom sink for anything but trying to clean clothing also constantly sprayed with stinking foul substances, a stinking poisoning that has been ongoing since the Whorewood stinking filth shitpigalina team joined into this contract back in 2013. Dirty and stinking that they are, they are sure to have loads of brown and black slaves cleaning for them and then spraying stinking filth into my body and home for their promotion out of cleaning and sucking lady/boytoy status.

Another techno-terror "online" operation of discrimination. After my bank has put a block on my account but claims they have not, while I can't access my bank account without being sent an OTP, which is an optional 2-step verification process that I never chose, and they claim that they "can't remove" because I am international. To the OTP being blocked since June, when they then closed my cards so I could not withdraw money, and then blocked my physical address so all mail was not sent so they sent back the cards to grilling me for days and hours each day to try to verify my identify, over and over and over as they lied and lied and lied so it required 6 weeks of no access to my account by the time I got a card sent that was not returned by both Fed Ex (part of the terror network) to my condo (1 million percent a terror and murder operation) and now....because I am so injured from being hit by cars and poisoning with most horrific poison that the apes of Whorewood and congress laugh about as they watch me bloat and die while they all extract information and ideas out of me to use as their own, but continue the forced impoverishment block of all earnings and theft of my property money and time and life and everything they can suck out and trash claiming "superiority" all the while; and now, Tops Online, which I need to recieve all the heavy items that I otherwise must lug around harming my already destroyed body--trying to get bottled water (which, in one store the bottled water was tainted and put on the shelf--it was at Lotus--I bought the bottled water and it was stinking putrid taste and odor--so I can't shop at that store for that item any longer--the cheapest water source---and now trying to order online means they can just deliver more poisoned water but I am trying. So far, the driver had no change for a "cash on delivery" order---which is mostly impossible as drivers have change but they LIED. I expect 2 more deliveries today and I tried to get into chat to tell the agent to inform the drivers to have change and she literally would not respond. She "confirmed" that the order was in the system after I explained the situation 3 times while she responded only with, I see the order in my system. She then left the chat blank for 20 more minutes, it took her over 10 minutes to just respond that she identified the order. After 30 minutes I ended the chat hoping to get a different agent. She is, apparently, the only person working the chat. I asked her again, she would not respond. I then wrote in the most basic English telling her I need her to inform the driver to have change. After 10 more minutes of waiting she said she would do it. I then phoned the office number (this was all at night, after 6 pm) and I got a woman who mumbled, literally in the most soft voice possible unintelligible that she would let the department know--which she said as I first began to explain the situation as she interrupted me repeatedly so while I was talking she spoke over me. I had only explained the first sentence as she tried to silence me. I kept telling her that I had not even explained the situation she said she would forward the compliant, and kept interrupting me but so softly it was impossible to understand and of course, she ignored my requests to speak more loudly. I began to shout as I am under mind control and while this was ongoing my voice was being tweaked as I was chocking because the microchip implant in my throat was constricting my vocal cords. //I then got into the website for this "world class" shopping store and explained in two messages, only to get a response this morning that by sending multiple emails I would not rush the process, as if admonishing me. I just wrote a response saying that the service had been so incompetent that I assumed that the office that hired such incompetent workers would also require multiple explanations because of the lack of help and understanding. //I now expect absolute horrible service and the food I order to be poisoned, as they do this in the store on a routine basis if possible (in all stores and all restaurants my food is poisoned so I cannot go to a single restaurant probably for the rest of my life, regardless of what anyone says or promises I can't trust any food store or business with anything). (I am re-reading and see that hackers are rewriting my post so excuse the typos and grammatical "mistakes' which have been hacked in**) I are going through the "stupidity" process of an "executive" manager not being able to "understand" the 6th time of me explaining that their system is locking me out because of a hack they forced to have to press a button on my phone in order to "receive the One Time Passcode for a 2-step verification process that is 'optional" but has been forced on my account and no one will remove it. They sent the passcode for over 1 year by just automatically sending the code once I received the phone call generated by their computer system--to my phone (International).//Two months ago, after Trump and his goon squad came to abuse and then force blocks to my account, trying to cut my money off ( serious death threat so I had to spend hundreds of dollars which I had saved meticulously to get out of in this emergency situation that Trump created, along with vicious fascist Michael Cohen and the rest of that infernal hate group) and they then began blocking access to my bank account by having my mail returned so my debit cards were all canceled, then forcing me to wait for SIX WEEKS before this bank which I spent over 50 hours arguing on the phone with, as they blocked access to speaking with supervisors, hung up on me, have lied so repeatedly about every single question I ask about legitimate simple banking processes which are NOT listed on their banking site so I have NO IDEA which is a lie or which is viable. They then blocked the One Time Passcode by adding another '"layer" by forcing me to press a button on my phone keypad in order to receive the code--which happened the month that my cards were sent back. Thusly trying to cut off my money, blocking my access to ATM's for 6 weeks, the bank lying and lying to me continuously, the condo where I live participating and stealing my mail and not delivering it, then not being able to log into my account due to this block. Then hours of managers shunting me around lying about their working hours lying about sending out emergency cards lying about the procedure. Banking employees lying about how Visa services work, by phone. After hours and hours and hours and hours of yelling on the phone because they can't "hear' me they state so I must talk almost at a shouting level so I can get this emergency that they all created taken care of. I asked this ever-so-professionally-friendly "executive" lying manager to remove the 2-step verification process from my account, and she told me she had "fixed" the problem. I checked it and accessed my account as the prompt worked last month. This month it has been blocked once more. I have just spent 3 days writing responses to her questions asking for the basics about what the problem is, although I explained it 6 times last month, wrote it out repeatedly, and this month she can't understand at all. She has told me there is no lock on my account and to "try again". I thought maybe she had unblocked the hack or whatever THEY did and nothing had changed. That was 2 days after writing clearly that the problem, which I explained, was back. I then had to re-write the situation to which she sent a "dumb duh" type of response. It is the same thing as the Thai people pretending they can't speak English but just repeating basic information back to me in a question form and asking me about unrelated items of the situation--such as, " you receive the phone call for OTP but you are unable to get the code because you are international?". That one sentence refutes the 2 days and the days of explaining by phone, then writing in full explanation by email 3 times, to this manager. I had to write it out to every detail then growing angry I told her to REMOVE the 2-step verification as I have requested this for 2 years and explained the current hack/problem it multiple times already

In very easy-to-understand terms and that if she can't understand the technical side of this problem to send this situation to the correct technical department to REMOVE 2-step verification off my account.

I did not ask please any longer as I know the drill for the grilling abuse patterns of this infernal operation by now from years and years of it being very clear with Thai terrorists "no understan" to anything I say or ask in very simple terms whenever 'THEY' create a problem (it's always them for these serious problems).

The language barrier does not exist but the pattern is very clear. Having to explain this problem out more than 6 times, verbally and through email with the person "not understanding" at an executive level, who I had asked to remove the security measure which is supposed to be optional for 2 months already. They "fixed" it, it worked I could press the button to receive the code after she said, "I have correctly input your number in the system so try it out" and it worked. They hacked and blocked access THIS month and she pretends she can't understand the OTP process that I have repeated and repeated so obviously as I already knew, she's full of this bs terrorism and I have lost my patience and temper trying to get access to my bank account.

Her name is Kendra, McDonald. I do not ever want to help promote her by writing her name, but if there is anyone who is defending any kind of fight against discrimination, then this is a truly racist banking system which was FORCED upon me when Trump was president. My former bank, BBVA Compass was closed and I was forced to transfer to this bank. I was not informed by my terrorist mail service about the bank transfer mail which they would not inform me of any and all mail for years as I was forced to beg for my mail information and was lied to by the mail service.

I therefore only had seen that there was a transfer but I had no idea my bank was completely closing.

Once it was closed, the month the entire transfer was made, then I received an "emergency" last notification letter from my bank which this mail service finally sent to me as it had in red letters on the envelope "open immediately" so this mail service "obliged" me (they had promised and advertised digital mail services, but it was a family-owned mail station not one of those huge virtual mail systems).

The bank sent me a pair of new debit cards because my BBVA cards were going to expire. They sent me one new PNC debit card, but then they sent a BBVA Compass card instead of a PNC card for my 2nd account. I was lied to on the phone when I phoned PNC, as they told me that I could use the BBVA Compass card until it expired in 3 years even though it was coming from the bank that had just failed it was still registered on my new PNC account. I never used it so I have no idea how much of a lie that was. But they sent me a card from a bank that was bankrupt. That was the first huge lie but I have been so poisoned so sick and under hours and hours every day of torture plus non-stop drugging and poisoning to death that the one card I only kept in a "safe place" and there is no safe place in my home all is rummaged through, sprayed with stinking fungus into every box under everything so I can only put important papers and items in places that are sprayed and made stinking and putrid in stench regardless (nothing gets the stink off--and it remains for years on paper).

They have lied to me consistently throughout the years of having to deal with this bank until I almost go through complete brink of having no access just not to have to undergo yelling into my laptop to get information which is just lies, being aggressively and hatefully treated by many of the employees all instructed to be as nasty as possible--some yelling or very nasty in tone as I fight to get this 2-step verification process off my system they refuse. 

I told this manager that I was informed that one of their employees told me that because I am international the security measure is automatically put on my account. They can't remove it, I am told.

I know this is a lie. Still, on my account, there is the "option" to have 2-step verification that remains unchecked and never has been used.

Pittsburgh ,where this bank is located, is the place of a Synagogue shooting and it appears that Trump had this bank in a nest of Nazi dens take their hateful "northern" nazi nastiness out on me under his bidding--because Don, Jr. stated in a video hacked onto my YouTube feed that he loved PNC bank and always uses it. The problem I had with the phone verification was fixed last month but this month it has once more returned. Any key I press upon request for accessing the OTP is not registered with your system. i have just tried twice and don't want to get blocked trying a third time.

Perhaps the solution you offered last month only lasted for a tine frame and then the system reverted back to not registering any prompt on my phone?

Please help to get this problem resolved!

I'm not locked out. The phone system is not accepting the prompt I press to get the OTP code. "Please enter number 'x' on your phone to receive the OTP from  your financial institution" and like the last time I wrote to you about this, what I input is not received. I get silence and then the system informs me that they did not receive the input. I am prompted to try again and press the correct prompt key and your system will not accept it and ends the call. I tried this twice yesterday, and I just tried it again now.  This began happening 2 months ago when the system was changed from sending automatically the OTP to having to press a certain key to obtain the OTP. Last month you informed me that you had fixed this problem. I attempted to log-in and at that time I was able to input the number and receive the OTP. Now it is not working once more and whatever I press is not recorded on the other end. My phone keypad works perfectly and I can phone other businesses and use the keypad for prompts.

Is it possible to have this 2-step verification removed from my account? It appears that regardless of what you do on your end, whatever block there is on this system is unstable so if you did whatever was done last month, the problem will come back, apparently.

 I have never opted for this security measure in the first place. Otherwise, whatever you did last month is now not working and I am still locked out. ...

I am able to log-in using only one browser, so I will be transferring money from my accounts today or tomorrow. It is reliable using only one browser but only at this location (my apartment) and/or on my laptop. i don't know if it's my laptop or the IP address recognized by the browser, which is cloud-based but no other computers using other IP and internet provider systems in my area (all of Phuket) allow me to log in without going through the 2-step verification process.

Response received this morning, the f**ery reply of "no understan" that Thais use on a routine basis for any question, in particular by phone but also in person they "no understan" but the same principle applies here. Anyone can understand what I have explained twice already in these thread email responses, which litter my email account for the past 2 months explaining the situation of the cards not arriving that I have been told conflicting things that I am waiting--I could spend a long time just reading through a very basic situation of sending me replacement cards but they kept me waiting to "check" my identity although my address has remained the same since I was transferred to this bank. 

Here is the next f**ery reply from this "executive" manager who can't understand what I have explained, by now over 6 times (I lost count, something more than 6) and twice in the email thread, very easy to comprehend especially for a bank manager at executive level:

My next responses are of having lost my temper, which is their aim. To make the very easy and simple a long-lasting hell of being lied to, given the endless run-around, and then fucked over and over by simple procedures that they claim are embedded computing they can't stop. But they placed the block on my account, changed the template of my system, and forced this security process on me just to block even the return automated call so I can access the OTP to log into my account. They then can't "understand" the nature of what they "fixed" last month instead of my request to take the security block off. Now they can't "understand" what I have explained so repeatedly so I lost my temper because it is clear they are fucking me over and around. 

This is what i wrote back, which I probably should not have done but I ask that if ANYBODY can stop this fucking bullshit and stop their attacks upon me under the instruction of Trump (undoubtedly) but regardless, they will continue to do this when and if Trump is even dead this is a Nazi bank with a plantation system type hierarchy. It sounds like something from The Ole South with white bigots at the top executive level an black people in the bowels of the hard jobs and aspiring bigots in the mid-level range--all white. It's like a true old plantation with the same style of all the old cliches of the Jim Crow era but it's in the "North" so it has escaped detection all these years, disguised as being part of the "liberal" North or something--not far from Philadelphia--who would suspect how racist it truly is in that region? You can bet that if Harris wins in PA it will be out of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh will shift all to Red completely--and the surrounding regional districts as well. IF there is not gerrymandering in that area I would be surprised.

When I try to log-in, I get your forced 2-step verification process so I can't just get into my account.

I am forced to receive a OTP, whether it's because my phone is international or not I don't know. I can't assume that every person who is overseas must go through this 2-step verification process.

I am asked if I want to receive a phone call with the OTP. I click on "send OTP" 

Once I receive the phone call from your 2-step verification system, There is a request to receive the code by pressing a number (1.2.3 etc it's randomly assigned)--to press a button on the keypad. The system will not accept any number I press so I cannot receive the code. The message that your system gives me is that they got no input--nothing was pressed, only silence. You system disconnects the call.

You "fixed" this last month. This month it is back to where it was 2 months ago. I call, your system is BLOCKING the alpha-numerical reception of any key I press on my perfectly working phone. You "fixed" it and now it is BLOCKED again. The problem is on your end, obviously. (Your meaning PNC)

I have been requesting PNC to stop forcing a 2-step verification on my account for 2 years. Until 2 months ago, I had no problem receiving the code which was automatically sent without having to press a key on my phone in order to receive the code.

I am unable to log-in on 99% of all browsers because of your forced "security" measure I never chose as an option.\

I ask once more to REMOVE THE 2-STEP VERIFICATION PROCESS from my account--PERMANENTLY....

Please pass this message on to your department which resolves these technical problems and programming hacks or errors. I have explained this very easy-to-understand problem over 5 times already so now I have written it out in a most simplistic manner so that anyone can understand it. 

It appears you are not on the technical side of your banking system and I have explained this problem many times aleady to you, your assistant and I asked for the 2-step verification to be stopped and you "fixed" the problem and then it was hacked or put back on my system so this requires someone who understands the problem who will not force me to undergo waiting for more months to have to explain only to be kept waiting for some reply and then to have to explain it over and over and over, requesting over and over to remove the 2-step verification process which is "optional" but now 'forced" on my system. You have many people who deal with international business are they forced to undergo 2-step verification processes where the prompt keys are blocked from being accepted by this system so t hey can't receive the code and thus can't log-into their accounts?

Please get someone technically capable of understanding and taking this 2-step OFF my system. Refer my case to the appropriate department and person and copy what I just wrote so they understand instantly so I don't have to repeat it again.
