Drilling in the room next to mine---or outside in the hallway--for the 6th year in a row, non-stop drilling pounding hammering buzz saws drilling into steel and concrete the hallway in rooms on all sides, rotating from room to room--the empty hallways of this building vacated for this annual month-by-month attack---the sound is a combination of a dying helicopter and police siren more like an ambulance sound but in sound frequencies of something rotating.//
