Terrorist noise report: terrorists are pounding and drilling in the rooms next to mine. They are drilling in the hallway and one floor below. They did this for years, literally, hours every day, for years. In this same spot, in the same apartment underneath mine. It's been going on for now over one hour. Non-stop hammering and drilling and pounding.
