Industrial drilling buzzsaw pounding hammering continues in the rooms directly beneath mine, and 2 floors down in the same room that has been sawing, drilling and pounding every single day, literally, since last May. There was drilling in the rooms on the other side for hours per day, every day, every y ear, for months in "off season" as it continues unabated. //If I were living in a normal situation at least one other person would "complain" but no one does.
