This is what the United States fosters within it's own boundaries--under the guise of various slogans and movie star cartels--mafia out of NYC are also responsible for this torture situation and have been for a long time.  The United States Government supports the "fascist, Nazi, Mafia Columbian regime". You must listen to the news broadcast put out by Democracy Now that I posted today (above this post, posted today). The police and military have been given clear instructions to shoot-to-kill protestors. If you can imagine that the US Republican legislatures in many States have just passed laws or are trying to enact laws such that people in cars have all legal permission to mow protestors down with cars and if there is a fatality it will be considered "legal".
