"Mo' Money" for the Indo-Pacific Initiative" and more money perhaps for the global surveillance and terrorist system that is still covertly funded for such operations as I have been writing of in desperation for someone to stop this for over a decade. The personal philosophy of the terrorists attacking me is very much a zero-sum game, which is also akin to their own personal relationships and how they treat others outside of their terrorist activities.

The $5 Billion American question for 2021: "How does one transcend a 'zero sum' mentality of 'I win, you lose'?"
The American Way, the Global Order Way, the master-slave relationship the American transnational 4th Reich Way of corporation military domination trickling down into each, and every personal relationship. The community global order domestic and State-sponsored "gang stalking" way of intimidation, terror and murder for hegemony Way out of the USA today. How many millions or billions are spent in the Pentagon budget for these covert operations? How much of that $5 Billion proposal for the Indo-Pacific region will be used for such terror purposes with surveillance, increase in constraint of individual and collective freedom and all that this kind of terrorism entails? In addition to countering the expert technologies for such purposes that China already has in operation globally in a network of information-gathering and other such war-mongering activities that are hidden behind various guises. The US must keep up and get on a higher plateau than China--or really, the US must form a better alliance with China in this regard, perhaps that also is a strategy that $5 Billion more for the already bloated budget is necessary to achieve hegemony in that region and globally. Meanwhile, the current administration proposing this increase in spending that sucks money from programs that Americans need--the current administration is ignoring my 10 years of writing posts and being teleported to politicians who allow this torture to continue at an almost accelerated pace, year-by-year without a glitch in their "matrix".
